Off-Grid yaşamın ağır yüklerini zahmetsizce kaydırın.
Bu modülün tasarımında (CAD) en büyük odak noktamız "Hareketli Toleranslar (Clearance)" oldu. Ünitenin sadece statik bir kutu olması yetmiyordu; içerisindeki su bidonlarının vanaları, gaz tüplerinin dedantörleri ve bu parçalara bağlanan esnek hortumlar için bir "kablo/hortum yönetim kanalı" kurgulamamız gerekti. 3D modelleme aşamasında, maksimum açılım olan 600mm'lik stroku simüle ederek hortumların sıkışıp sıkışmadığını test ettik. Dış yüzeyleri siyah panellerle kaplayarak hem içerideki karmaşık görüntüyü gizledik hem de estetik bir bütünlük sağladık. Üretilebilirliği (DFM) artırmak adına, tüm köşe bağlantılarında piyasada standart olarak bulunan gizli T-köşebentler kullandık, böylece özel talaşlı imalat gereksinimini sıfıra indirdik.
